KAYD 101.7 CONTEST RULES

Winners have 2 weeks from date of win to claim prize and cannot win the same contest within 30 days, per household. Form 1099 must be issued to all winners having received merchandise totaling $600.00 or more during the calendar year. When you pick up your prize, your signature authorizes Cumulus Broadcasting to comply with the IRS regulations. You will have to certify that your information is correct, and that you were the winner of the contest. You may not be an employee of the sponsor, or any promotional or advertising agency involved with the promotion, nor a member of any family or agent of the contest officials.
