III. RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES

	Type of Recruitment Initiative (Menu Selection)	Brief Description of Activity
1	Participate in program sponsored by an educational institution relating to careers in broadcasting	On March 9, 2012, one of our SEU’s On-Air Personalities attended Career Day at Central High School in Beaumont, Texas. He spoke with the students about the various career opportunities in radio as well as what it is like to be an on-air personality.
2	Participate in program sponsored by an educational institution relating to careers in broadcasting	On March 15, 2012, our SEU’s General Sales Manager attended Employment Recruitment Day at Lamar University. She talked with students about career opportunities in broadcasting with an emphasis on sales as well as job openings and internships within the SEU. Interviews with interested students preparing to graduate were conducted on site.
3	Internship Program	During the winter semester of 2012 (January – March 2012), our SEU hosted one student intern from Lamar University. Our Operations Manager and Promotions Director supervised this intern, who spent the majority of his time assisting the Programming Department with research and morning show preparation.
